Well this week catching up on the weekly racing that went on Friday night at Humboldt Speedway. We will start with the USRA Tuners who are still looking for a class sponsor but still put on an awesome finish with the 22A car making a last corner rush to have a super close finish that saw him edge out the 4T of Trenton Wilson. We only had 4 cars make it to the finish but it was a really good finish for the top 2 cars and we will see more action like this every week these cars hit the track this year at Humboldt Speedway.
The Home Saving Bank Factory Stocks also raced this last Friday also and we saw the driver of 7 car of Dallas Joyce have a good night where he won his heat and then took home the A feature. He had a challenge for a while from the 078 of Dustin Dixon who came in second but also won his heat race. The other cars that battled also to finish out your top 5 was the 613 of Ethan Vance the 3 of Derek Wilson and the 3P of Matt Powell had good finishes.
The Extrusions, INC Midwest Mods had another dominating night from the 16 Car of Mathew Kay who took home the win. The X1 of Caden Bolin had a good night also he won his heat race and ran 2nd in the A feature. The rest of the top 5 looked like this have the 01JR of The Real Tyler Davis taking 3rd and 21A of Andrew Hodges Taking 4th after starting in the 19th spot and taking home 5th was the 18 of Scott Collins.
The Rays Metal Depot USRA B-Mods had a new winner this Friday and that was the driver from Nevada, MO the 8S car of Jon Sheets after last weekend we saw the X2 car of Brian Bolin win and look really good. Bolin just did not have an answer for Sheets so now in two weeks the racing is looking good for the Rays Metal Depot USRA B-Mods. Rounding out the top 5 was the 7J of Jake Richards took 3rd and the 22 of Brian McGowen taking 4th and the 5th place car was the 17 of Mike Striegel.
The Class that finished out the 2nd weekly night of racing was the Armi Contracting USRA Modifieds. We had a treat of the 4W of Tyler Wolff stopping in at the Hummer since he was in town to do some hunting and had a little time race with our weekly guys who usually tours with the USMTS. Well Tyler Wolff had a great night in his new car by winning the A feature pretty well by getting out front and then not looking back. The 65 of Hollywood Tyler Davis tried running him down all night and just couldn't get it done. Then rounding out the top five was the 99T of T.J. Tolan who had another good run after his run last weekend at 81 Speedway by taking 3rd. The 4th place finisher was the 37 of Clint Johnson and then the 5th place car was the 75 of Tad Davis in his new Mullins Chasis.
